Wir haben 2013 einen Workshop mit Herrn Rene Lisi bei uns im Landhotel Anna in Schlanders / Südtirol organisiert. Die ganze Familie und die verantwortlichen Mitarbeiter waren beteiligt.

Thema war: Einführung in das Thema CRM „customer relationship management“

Es war eine sehr lehrreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Herrn Lisi. Die Umsetzung ist zum Teil geschehen, zum Teil noch im Laufen. Sein Input hat uns vor Augen geführt, dass die Kundenbeziehung sehr persönlich und individuell ist – Erich Vill, Landhotel Anna / Bioreiterhof Schlanders
